High Precision Silicon Nitride Balls

Silicon nitride ceramic exhibits high hardness and thermal stability, maintaining stability even at extreme temperatures without deformation or melting. Additionally, they showcase strong resistance to chemical corrosion, displaying excellent durability. The material has a density of about 3.25 g/cm³, a hardness of about 8.5 – 9 Mohs, a melting point of about 2100°C, a fracture toughness of about 4 – 5 MPa-m^0.5, and a bending strength of about 820 – 1030 MPa.
GELINDE offers high-precision gas pressure sintered silicon nitride (GPS) and hot isostatic pressing silicon nitride (HIP) products, widely employed in the aerospace industry, electric vehicles, high-temperature sensors, precision mechanical components, and various other fields.
