High Precision Balls
GELINDE Optical produces high precision sphere balls in a wide range of non-metallic materials including soda-lime glass, borosilicate glass, quartz glass, customized glass, ruby, sapphire, silicon nitride ceramics, zirconia ceramics, and part of engineering plastics. With our self-developed platforms, in combination of our dedicated single-batch large-quantity, high-precision grinding processing methods, our high precision balls have a leading edge in high precision and low batch variances. Also, we provide short lead timelines for large quantity demands.
Combined with our rich experience in the field of high-precision optical ball lens manufacturing, we have formulated strict material management systems, processing procedures, and quality inspection standards. Under permissible material conditions, our highest precision delivery grade can reach G3. Additionally, we have independently developed matte ball processing methods, different from that of our industry peers, enabling us to deliver the same or even higher precision for certain products, while effectively reducing procurement costs for our customers. After more than ten years of development, our high precision balls have won us wide acclaim in the fields of sensors and measurement, electronic devices, medical equipment, machinery and equipment, aerospace, jewelry, and so on.
We have established strategic partnerships with several top material suppliers in China, ensuring a stable material supply of glass, ruby, sapphire, and ceramics, as well as the ability to supply materials compliant with European, American, and Japanese standards. Based on our technological inputs as well as investments in the material field, we can customize the glass materials in terms of density, color, coefficient of thermal expansion, and other properties.
