A certain instrumentation company developed a unique solution for a solvent flow indicator, requiring black glass with low density and environmental compliance. However, conventional black glass available in the market had slightly higher densities, failing to meet the ideal specifications. Upon engaging with GELINDE, after thorough discussions and research, we proposed collaborating with a glass manufacturing partner to create a distinctive black glass that meets the customer’s density and environmental requirements.

After a 20-day trial production period, we successfully crafted black glass entirely satisfying the customer’s needs. Additionally, we provided glass balls to the customer according to high standards. Currently, the customer’s product is successfully on the market.
